No one is 100% mentally healthy, there is no such thing. We all need support from time to time. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Addictions Counselor with over 30 years of experience working with people of all ages and backgrounds who face issues that include trauma, chemical dependency, self-esteem, communication, relationship concerns, depression, anxiety and more. I tailor the treatment approach to the client to best meet the client's needs, and generally include components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing. I have experience working with individuals, couples and families. I look forward to meeting you and working with you.

Lisa is very professional, attentive, and uses tried and true methods to approach problems in a variety of mediums (i.e. conversation, worksheets, etc.). I feel like I take a step forward every time I connect with Lisa.
