Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker in New Hampshire and Massachusetts with 5 years of professional work experience providing individual, group and family therapy. I have experience in helping clients with parenting issues, family conflicts, stress & anxiety, coping with grief and loss, as well as motivation and confidence issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
Everyone encounters hurdles and challenges to overcome, and as the author of your story, no event, struggle or challenge has to define you. My goal is to support you in overcoming barriers, and assist in working towards meaningful life changes and positive emotional growth. I will tailor our dialog, strategies and treatment plan using a variety of treatment modalities to meet your unique and specific needs.
